Pop-the-Top Expansion Projects

Our "pop-the-top" strategy involves adding a full second story to existing single-story homes — dramatically increasing square footage and market value. This approach allows us to acquire at lower basis, execute a controlled vertical expansion, and exit at new construction-comparable price points.
