When we started to expand our large-scale fix and flip business into multifamily, We very quickly began to see the path to financial freedom for our family.
As a real estate investor for over 24 years, I have experienced many highs and lows. I’ve learned that if you want something different, you must be prepared to do something different. At Revilo, we believe that path is investing in multi-family assets, and we intend to offer these opportunities to our current and future investors.
Whilst building our legacy, the goal has always been stability and financial freedom. Our company name, Revilo (Oliver backwards), is named after our son Oliver. At just 13 years old, Oliver is showing a keen interest in the business and works actively to increase his knowledge. Our children are our why, which is something we believe everyone should ask themselves.
For many years, we have delivered double-digit returns to our long-time investors. Many of them, along with new investors are anxious to get into the multi-family asset class. Revilo Property Group is pleased to offer just that. We are here to help educate those who are interested to take full control of their investment portfolio by utilizing options such as converting a personal 401K to a self-directed IRA or exercising the 1031 exchange tax code through one of our opportunities.
